Evaluation Period: From the date of purchase, you have five days to review the program and decide whether it is the right fit for where you are in your practice. This is time for genuine evaluation — reading through the structure, reviewing the depth of coverage, assessing the approach. It is not a window for completing the course content.
Usage and Eligibility: Once you have accessed more than 30% of a program’s content, the course is considered in active use. Refund eligibility ends at that point, regardless of how much of the course you have completed or how much time has passed since purchase. This applies to all programs on the platform equally.
